The renovated farmhouse from 1860 is fully equipped. There is 1 Ha of land around the house, so you enjoy complete privacy.
Outside are large terraces. There is always a place in the sun, but luckily there is always a place in the shade under the old beech trees. Enjoy a good glass of wine on a lounger by the pool. Or enjoy a nice sweat in the outdoor sauna. In short: enjoy freedom.
You can enjoy endless walks or mountain biking in the area. An environment steeped in historical stories from the 12th century.
Le logement
The living room has a large fireplace with a cozy sitting area. The recently renovated kitchen with cooking island has a dishwasher, oven and refrigerator (with freezer compartment).
The bedrooms in cozy colors are equipped with comfortable beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower and 2nd toilet.
Le Seba Ouest is een sfeervol plekje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis, de tuin en het zwembad zijn opgeruimd en schoon en er is oog voor detail. Het is rustig gelegen, een fijne plek om je vakantie te vieren.
Inconvénients
Meer een klein aandachtspunt: het huis ligt wat hoger op een berg, dat heeft soms effect op het weer. Goed om te weten als gast denk ik.

Points positifs
Het zwembad is geweldig voor kleine klinderen. Het loopt af waardoor kinderen er lang kunnen staan. Daarnaast is het hoog op een berg in het bos waardoor de temperatuur hoog zomer perfect is. Genoeg natuurlijke schaduw, maar het zwembad heerlijk in de zon!
Het huis lig helemaal vrij in het bos, alle rust en privacy.
Inconvénients
Het huis is vrij laag op de begane grond, als je groter dan 1.75 bent zal je regelmatig je hoofd stoten.
De oprit er naartoe is erg grof en ruw, voorzichtig rijden met een lage auto :)
